Robert Ridino, Owner and CEO, has been active in real estate for decades and, with his father Sam, established S.A.R. Enterprises to manage their investment property portfolio in 1975. Under his leadership, SAR has acquired, developed, and primarily self-managed over $300,000,000 worth of real estate assets nationwide.

Robert has extensive experience in Santa Cruz County real estate development and has processed several minor land divisions and two major subdivisions in the county as well as the permitting and construction of dozens of residential homes over the past past three decades.

 

Corporate Responsibility

Robert Ridino serves as CEO of SAR Asset Management, Inc., SAR Development Corporation, and SAR Wealth Management, Inc. (collectively SAR Enterprises).  Mr. Ridino also serves as Managing Member for various Limited Liability Corporations formed primarily to hold SAR syndicated and managed real estate investment assets.  


Fiduciary Trustee

Mr. Ridino serves as a fiduciary trustee of the estate of past clients, insuring the stable generational transition of our clients holdings after a lifetime of building wealth and investment assets. He is currently the active trustee for three family estates and manages the assets of each, all of which are primarily held in market equities and commercial real estate income properties throughout the United States. 


Community Involvement

Robert has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County (www.csfcc.org), of which he previously served on both the finance and philanthropic services committees. He is also a Board Member and current Vice President for Dominican Oaks Retirement Community in Santa Cruz (www.dominicanoaks.com) and Board Treasurer for The Peggy & Jack Baskin Foundation (www.baskinfoundation.org).
